This tour will take you on full day cultural heritage and geothermal adventure! Travel through forestry and farmland to New Zealand’s largest boiling mud pool. At Wai-O-Tapu, witness colorful hot springs and volcanic features, including the Lady Knox geyser eruption. Next, take a short drive to Waimangu Volcanic Valley where you will learn about the history and legends of the great eruption of Mt Tarawera.
