Malolo Island

Malolo Island, the largest of the Mamanuca Islands, lies 25km/16miles from Nadi International Airport. Accessible by fast catamaran, private speedboat, or seaplane, the island hosts five resorts: Tropica, Malolo Island, Likuliku, 6 Senses, and Funky Fish. The Likuliku Lagoon, meaning “calm waters,” is a cherished ecological gem, offering refuge to marine life and flora. Steeped in history, it played a pivotal role in ancient Fijian mythology and folklore, serving as a safe harbor for war canoes during storms and holding significance in the lineage of the Tui Lawa (Chief of the Oceans).
